Zixtel Turns 24!
On Sunday 31st January, Zixtel becomes 24 years old! We are proud to have been able to develop and grow throughout our 24 years of service. At Zixtel, we would like to celebrate our birthday with all our customers by saying thank you for working with us over the years.
For 24 years, we have been able to supply our customers with brilliant, refurbished goods, and concentrate on promoting the importance of reducing waste being sent to landfill. We’d like to share with you some of the ways in which we have helped our customers for the past 24 years.
What we offer our customers
Technology
We supply IT hardware components that have been refurbished by our in-house team of technicians. From servers to workstations to hard drives, we stock thousands of components in our own warehouse so that goods can be shipped out quickly. We also provide ‘configure-to-order’ servers and workstations so that items are built to our customer’s requirements. Our aim is and always has been, to put our customers first.
We buy redundant kit
At Zixtel, we buy redundant It kit and components from businesses in bulk. We offer the best market prices for our customers to sell their old equipment to us. We then refurbish these for resale or recycle them.
Data destruction
As specialists in data erasure, our in-house team of technicians securely erase all data on devices and drives that come through our warehouse. This means that any goods we buy from businesses are fully wiped before any refurbishment takes place. This gives complete peace of mind that confidential information cannot fall into the wrong hands.
Our commitment to the environment
Over the years, we have continued to pursue our commitment to helping reduce any negative impact we have on the environment. None of the redundant kit we buy from businesses is sent to landfill. If we can’t refurbish components, we make sure they are recycled.
On top of this, we continue to promote the idea of a circular economy and regularly post blogs giving tips on how our customers can support this way of living. We aim to be a sustainable business and encourage others to do the same.
